A really crappy SD Kefka but hey, I tried.
If you don't know this guy he's the main villian from Final Fantasy VI. I remember playing this game when I was 12, it was the first FF game I ever played and I fell in love with it the moment I started playing. I think it was also the first RPG I'd ever played aside from Zelda styled RPG games.

Anyways what he's screaming is actually one of his lines from FFVI from when he kills General Leo. I wrote down the scenario just for fun:


Kefka: So...you think you hit me!? That was simply my shadow! And how did you like my Gestahl? (Kefka's referring to how he tricked Leo into thinking he was Emperor Gestahl earlier) I should've been on the stage!
Well, General...
*Knocks General Leo to the ground*
Kefka: You're such a goody two-shoes!
General Leo: Shut up, Kefka! I oughtta...
Kefka: Oh! A threat...? You're such a violent little brute! I'll tell your "liege" I had to exterminate a traitor...!
*Gives Leo a good stabbity and kills him dead, then laughs maniacally*
Kefka: Hate...hate...HATE!!
*Tosses Leo's dead body and then laughs maniacally some more*

I think my favorite Kefka exchange (or at least one of my favorites) is when he kills Emperor Gestahl by making the statues try to fry him with lightning magic: "Run! Run! Or you'll be well done!" which causes Gestahl to panic and then run right into a blast and fall over half dead. And Kefka's all: "YES!!!" So wrong yet so frikken' funny at the same time. Okay I'm done now, sorry
